Privacy Policy

This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy is a public Agreement concluded between the owner of the Website www.dis-group.world Data Integration Software KZ LLP, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, and the “User”. This Privacy Policy is based on the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan N 94-V On Personal Data and Its Protection dated May 21, 2013, and applies to all information that the Operator can obtain about the User while the User uses the site www.dis-group.world. The current version of this Privacy Policy is always available on the Internet at www.dis-group.world.

1. Definition of Terms

1.1. Site means the website located on the Internet at www.dis-group.world. All exclusive rights to the Site and its individual elements (including software and design) fully belong to the Operator. Transfer of exclusive rights to the User is not the subject of this Privacy Policy.

1.2. Site Administration means employees authorized to manage the Site, acting on behalf of Data Integration Software KZ LLP, who organize and/or process personal data and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions/operations performed with personal data.

1.3. User means a person using the Site.

1.4. Laws means the current laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1.5. Personal data means personal data of the User which the User provides themselves during registration or while using the Site functionality.

1.6. Nonpersonal data means the information that is automatically transmitted when the User views advertising blocks and visits pages on which the system’s statistical script (pixel) is installed.

1.7. Processing of personal data means any action/operation or a set of actions/operations performed with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data by using automation tools or without using such tools.

1.8. Site services mean site functionality available for the use on the Site.

1.9. Data collection means filling out of the fields of the data collection form located on the Site by indicating the required information by the User.

1.10. Data collection form means a form containing groups of fields located on the Site to be filled out by the User to transmit information to the Operator.

1.11. Privacy means a mandatory requirement for the Site Administration or other person who has access to personal data to disallow personal data distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis.

1.12. Operator means the owner of the Website www.dis-group.world, Data Integration Software KZ LLP

1.13. Cookies mean a piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User’s computer which a web client or web browser sends to the web server every time in an HTTP request when the User tries to open a Site page.

1.14. IP address means a unique network address of a node in the computer network.

2. General Provisions

2.1. By transferring personal data and other data to the Operator through the Site, the User confirms their consent to the use of such data under the conditions set out herein.

2.2. If the User disagrees with the terms hereof, they must stop using the Site.

2.3. The Operator’s Site may contain links to other websites. Please note that the Operator is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites that are not managed by the Operator. We recommend that you read the privacy policy of every website which collects any personal information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the information collected by the Operator within the framework of this Site.

2.4. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User. However, the Operator assumes that the User provides reliable personal data and keeps these data up to date. The User bears all responsibility, as well as possible consequences, for providing false or irrelevant personal data.

3. Subject Matter

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Operator’s obligations for nondisclosure and privacy assurance for personal data which the User provides to the Operator when filling out a form on the Site or using any Site Services.

3.2. Personal data permitted to be processed hereunder may include the following information:

3.2.1. User’s last name, first name, and patronymic;

3.2.2. User’s contact telephone numbers;

3.2.3 e-mail address;

3.2.4. other information requested in data collection forms.

3.3. The Site protects Nonpersonal Data:

3.3.1. IP address;

3.3.2. information from cookies;

3.3.3. information about the browser (or other program which accesses advertising);

3.3.4. time of access.

3.4. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access some parts of the Site.

3.5. The Site collects statistics about the IP addresses of its Visitors. This information is used to identify and resolve technical issues.

3.6. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-dissemination, except for the cases provided in Articles 5.2 and 5.4 hereof.

4. Personal Data Collection Purpose

4.1. The Operator collects and stores only those Personal Data which are necessary for the provision of Services by the Operator and interaction with the User.

4.2. Personal data may be used for the following purposes:

4.2.1. provision of Services to the User;

4.2.2. identification of the User;

4.2.3. interaction with the User;

4.2.4. distribution of advertising materials, information and requests to the User;

4.2.5. conducting statistical and other research.

2.3. The User is prohibited from indicating third party personal data on the Site (except for the condition of representing the interests of these persons, having documented confirmation for such actions from third parties).

5. Personal Data Processing Timeframes and Procedure

5.1. The User’s personal data is processed unlimitedly in any legal way, including in personal data information systems, using automation tools or without the use of such tools.

5.2. The Operator undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the Law On Personal Data of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Operator’s internal documents.

5.3. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and Non-Personal Data without the User’s consent to the following entities:

5.3.1. state bodies, including inquiry and investigation authorities, and local government bodies upon their reasoned request;

5.3.2. in other cases directly provided by the current laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5.4. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data to third parties not specified in Article 5.3 hereof in the following cases:

5.4.1. The User has expressed their consent to such actions;

5.4.2. transfer is necessary as part of the User’s use of the Site or provision of Services to the User, as well as for interaction with the User in order to clarify the Operator’s services that are of interest to him.

6. Personal Data Protection

6.1. The Operator ensures proper protection of Personal and other data in accordance with the Law and takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Personal Data

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator arising in connection with application of the Privacy Policy are subject to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current laws at the place of the Operator’s registration.

Before going to court, the User must take all pre-judicial interaction measures and send the corresponding claim to the Operator in writing. The period for responding to a claim is Thirty (30) business days.

7.3. If, for one reason or another, one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof.

7.4. The Operator has the right to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally at any time without prior agreement with the User. All changes come into force from the moment they are posted on the Site.

7.5. The User undertakes to independently monitor changes in the Privacy Policy by reading the current version on the Operator’s Site.
